Green Bay City Hall became the epicenter of Crawley’s hold in Green Bay. After he quickly took this building when he came into power, he soon realized he made the wrong decision as the Lombardians took hold of Lambeau field and made its religious sect the central power in Green Bay. Green Bay is Crawley’s weakest hold point as the only piece of land he owns is the tiny rectangular white cement brick building. Most of the buildings around city hall have become ruins; this building is on its way. Pieces of it are chipping apart, and the Crawlers can do nothing about it. The group of supporters there is constantly lobbying tradespeople at the bazaar, but to no avail. The interior of the building is said to contain makeshift apartments for the lobbyists, and they live in squalor. It is only their deep devotion to Crawley that keeps them from jumping on the Lombardian train.
